Terms and Conditions:
By completing any purchase with Zero’s Stuff, you acknowledge and agree that you have read and understood:
- All orders placed must have a corresponding USERNAME as user MUST confirm they are present for their personal break order in the chat room of the live stream.
- All orders placed will enter a queue that will be completed in the order they were received by Zero’s Stuff.
No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at zerosstuffandthings@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect.
If we determine you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price--using the original method of payment.
Chargebacks:
By purchasing from Zero's Stuff, you understand and agree that you are the rightful owner of the funds being used to purchase any product on the site. Chargebacks for completed or fulfilled orders will be disputed with respective creditors as all actions and communications on the live stream are be recorded.
Shipping:
Good news! Shipping costs are integrated into the price of our items and is totally FREE! However, to receive FREE shipping you have to fill up your box (6in x 6in x 6in).
HOW IT WORKS: Once you fill the box with your breaks and items, ZERO will let you know and ship it out FREE. To receive shipping beforehand, you can always contact ZERO during LIVE BREAKS or on DISCORD directly to coordinate shipping costs. Currently, we only ship out to the US and Canada!
